Jeff Spicer, a lifelong resident of Independence and graduate of William Chrisman High School, is a Heavy Equipment Mechanic with two and a half decades in labor and labor management. A single father who raised two daughters through Independence School District, Jeff knows firsthand the challenges working families face. He is running for Missouri House District 20 to bring real results, accountability, and year-round leadership to the community he calls home.
